High-end Home Automation company in Los Angeles specializing in Luxury residential homes is looking for an experienced audio video technician to join the company. We are a leading company in home automation,  installation of custom audio/video, lighting, shading and control systems in metropolitan Las Angeles area. The position will involve installing, programming, and calibrating home automation, home theater, and audio/video systems, including, but not limited to: Home Automation, Speakers, TV's, Audio/Video distribution systems, Networking components, Cameras.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential AV installation along with familiarity of the following products:  Lutron, Control 4, Crestron, Savant, Ruckus.

Knowledge of residential systems integration including audio/video, lighting, shades, climate control, security, CCTV, telephone and computer networks.
Knowledge of high end equipment including the ability to setup, configure, calibrate, and commission equipment
An understanding of signal flows and control systems for distributed audio, video, and home theater systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems at the system and component level.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, electronic schematics, and user manuals
Understanding of construction techniques and wiring
Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands, and manage priorities
Ability to communicate effectively in person and/or via email, phone, or text
