Job Summary
The Project Manager position is tasked with ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied with their AV and
integration systems. From start to finish, they will work directly with our leads and technicians to
ensure the proper products are ordered and installed following our rigorous quality expectations. The
position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the
objectives of the company.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and understand basic project scope prior to kick off meeting
• Communicate with our sales, project design, and production teams to ensure there are not
unanswered questions or unclear items
• Ask questions and gather necessary information to become intimately familiar with all aspects of
the project from beginning to completion
• Know and plan for special job circumstances PRIOR to technicians being on-site (prewire, extension
ladder, scaffolding, etc.)
• Ensure product is ordered, received, inspected for accuracy and staged in a timely manner
• Provide technicians with all pertinent information in order to deploy and be successful on the
project
• Communicate effectively with technicians to be sure project scope and expectation are
communicated and met via daily work orders – this includes completion and quality expectations
• Answer questions and troubleshoot on-site issues competently and independently
• Must communicate effectively with the client, builder and subcontractors to instill confidence and
maintain excellent relationships
• Own all aspects of ensuring the project is completed above and beyond client’s expectations
• Ensure timely project completion and QC and Service Hand-off

Skills and Qualifications Required
• A high level of organization, communication, and professionalism is required.
• Direct communication with all members of our dynamic team and clientele is essential; therefore,
excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to friendly and extremely
professional communication style and phone etiquette are required.
• Must be able to multi-task without losing track of tasks and priorities.
• Must be highly motivated, detail oriented and have a positive, team focused attitude.
• Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure overall company success.
Education
Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent
Directly Accountable For
• Communication of project status to all stake holders
• Installation Scope of Work Coordination and Changes
• Contract and Change Order Documentation and Approvals Loaded into Acumatica
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Profitability of all projects by managing costs and managing change orders with customers
Experience
• Minimum 4 years residential AV/systems
integration.
• Minimum 1-year previous project management in
Residential AV
• CEDIA ESPM or equivalent certs preferred.
• Lutron/Crestron/Savant experience preferred.
