The role of a Support Technician encompasses assisting customers with pre and post-sale technical support on the Invision portfolio of brands. You will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of Invision brands, and the Invision webstore to assist customers with installing technical products, managing returns, dealing with couriers where delivery disputes arise and proactively support integrators with the first install of technical products.
You will need to have excellent communication, time management and organisation skills to ensure we keep the customer updated at all times, whilst building strong relationships with them to drive the business forward. Customer service experience is therefore a vital requirement for this role. Product knowledge or a strong desire to learn about our products is also essential and knowledge of strategix would be advantageous.

This role will be based at our office in Bracknell, with a flexible hybrid working from home opportunity available, once the probationary period has been successfully completed.
