Manage high end Automation projects for a discriminating, affluent clientele.

• Meet with prospects for needs analysis to understand what prospects wants.
• Design automation system and develop proposal with assistance from engineering staff
• Plan and execute the installation of the system
• Attend Construction meetings
• Work with client’s professionals to coordinate any 3rd party work.
• Oversee project to its completion.
• Work through punch list
• Introduce and orientate the homeowner to their new system

• Experience of 5 years or more working as a project manager
• Experience of 3 years or more in the AV/Automation industry
• Experience with Control4 and or Lutron
• Savant experience a plus
• Must have valid NY driver’s license.
• Must be a team player with ability to take direction and multi task
• Polite with experience working in a customer service environment
• Must be reliable and able to complete task in allotted timeframe
