Job Summary:

Works independently to complete assigned tasks required for simple installs and service calls. Completes assigned tasks for larger projects based on Instructions. Requires excellent communication skills with co-workers and managers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely completion of assigned work and documentation.
• Completes basic audio/video installs and setup
• Basic troubleshooting of simple systems
• Advanced understanding of legacy multi-room systems and setup
• Control4 system proficiency. Certification Level Tech I (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
• CEDIA Certification ESC-Tl (or obtain within 12 months of hire)

• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
• Ability to work rotating “on-call” service schedule
• Clean driving record and background check
• Is Responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.
