La Scala is looking for a person Experienced in Project Management in the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Industry, "Smart Homes", Home Automation, Audio/Video. www.lascala.ca
• Work with others in Sales, Design, and Engineering, and your designated Installation team, managing the workflow towards better results, both for the company and for clients, with a view to optimizing efficiency. Maintain standard operating procedures consistent with high performance and profitability. Work with other PM's to develop new process flows as the need arises. Help organize projects for execution, organize the tech teams, monitor the progress of projects, direct Lead Technicians on various sites, all with the goal of optimizing efficiency while delivering La Scala-level results. From time to time, lead weekly Production Meetings focusing on project challenges and progress against plans/sold hours / deadlines /resources. Review and sign off projects and change orders with a view to profitability or loss minimization. Ensure logistics processes are followed by Sales, Techs, Design and Management for your allocated projects. Collaborate with clients, GCs, designers, architects, and other trades where necessary. Ensure design standards, process, and accountabilities are optimized and communicated regularly to ensure effective technical project delivery.
We will set up a Zoom or in person meeting to discuss a future in Vancouver with La Scala Integrated Media. Remuneration will be based on experience. We hire on attitude first, aptitude second.
