Vacancy: AV / IT Installation Engineer

We create exceptional audio-visual systems within the luxury residential and commercial AV sectors. Established for over 25 years our work takes us across the UK and Europe.

Due to expansion and a growing pipeline of exciting projects, we are currently seeking to employ a full-time Audio Visual Installations Engineer to add to our growing team.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated installation engineer who would relish the opportunity to grow with the business. The successful candidate will be integral to the team and able to hit the ground running.

The position will be mainly based out of our Head Office in Devon, but candidates can be located within the SW of England as travel around the region is standard. This post involves the installation of integrated AV equipment into a combination of both commercial environments and (mainly) high-end residential properties at various sites across the UK.

The ideal successful candidate will be a proven AV Installation Engineer with a good working knowledge of AV installations from 1^st fix through to completion. Experience working in various sectors and liaising with senior clients would be an advantage.

Alternatively, if you are an experienced electrical contractor with some AV related experience and are wishing to get involved in the world of AV integration, we would welcome your application.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Ability to work as part of team as well as autonomously
• Responsibility for delivering jobs and representing the company to the highest of standards with great professionalism and attention to detail
• Possess a good knowledge of installing a wide range of AV related systems, with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Proficient with the basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to work from detailed CAD plans and schematics
• A full driving license is essential with a maximum of 6 penalty points
• Flexible working - working away at various locations throughout the UK is a key part to this role
• Good communication skills

As an installation engineer you will be an integral part of the team delivering full turnkey projects to the highest of standards.
