Being the first point of contact for visitors, existing customers and answering incoming calls - passing opportunities to the Sales Team.
Working very closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, providing assistance and support where necessary.
Managing special projects outside of general works.
Sending out digital marketing materials and other marketing literature to potential clients.
Responding to leads by phone and email followed by passing to the relevant sales team.
Inputting customer details and correspondence into the company CRM. Assist sales teams with following up on leads.
Assisting procurement team with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing, stock availability and delivery logistics.
Processing sales orders in conjunction with the relevant sales representative. Generating and issuing invoices to customers using online accountancy platform. Inputting of digital supplier invoices and purchase receipts using online accountancy platform.
Collating and inputting time sheets for engineering teams on a weekly basis. Working with procurement team to ensure delivery of goods to HQ or customer site in line with project delivery times.
Manage damages, product failures, warranty or any aftercare requirements with the relevant suppliers and/or manufacturers.
Assist sales and project manage teams with communication with customers and any other project stakeholders.
Daily, weekly and monthly attendance at key project meetings.
General Office Administration
Supporting Directors as and when required.
Responsible for any client visits including room preparation, catering and staff requirements.
Maintain general business agreements such as insurances, utilities and office building maintenance.
Skills & Attributes Required
Educated to a minimum GCSE level. Excellent 'front of house' skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent writing skills.
Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work load within a fast-paced environment. Projects experience essential.
Must be able to easily commute to Epsom
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to use the Google platform and Gmail.
