L-ISA was born of the union between a team of sound engineers from the performing arts, professional audio equipment designers and experimental research engineers in acoustics and signal processing. Together, they have introduced new concepts for professional sound reinforcement in order to provide the creators of music, designers and sound engineers with a platform for three-dimensional sound creation. Building on their experience in the performing arts and the professional audio industry, L-ISA designs Professional and private sound installations to deliver immersive hyperrealism.
L-Acoustics Creations, a division of L-Acoustics dedicated to elevating the listening experience via innovative audio solutions in private spaces, residential, architectural, marine and experiential markets, is looking for a Sales manager for North America. Your contribution: effectively drive the growth for this brand-new range of high-end audio systems.
Evaluate market potential and set-up sales target in collaboration with Management.
Develop and implement strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify, qualify and develop network of Certified AV Integrators in North America.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, decision makers and researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and other sales actions
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications & establishing
Ensures accurate recording of opportunities in CRM and provides monthly reports of sales performance, forecast, and market analysis to Management team.
Works collaboratively with Application & Communication teams and other key functions of the business to deliver business growth.
Report on regular basis to Direct and Matrix managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
7-10 years of Audio Visual Sales experience working for premium brand, integrator, or manufacturer.
Established relationships with top AV Integrators and decision-makers in private markets.
Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented professional with a hunter attitude for strategic sales, adept at all phases of selling cycle, from lead creation, proposal preparation, negotiation to deal closure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Expert at building and cultivating Relationships
English & additional language is a plus
Competent with systems (CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel in the North America and Europe.
Intimate knowledge of the world of AV integrators and competitive landscape in North America
